Bois Cheri a small village situated in the South of Mauritius is proud that it’ s Primary Government School bears the name of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswatee ji.
On the occasion of the Bicentenary Celebrations of Maharshi ji a Yaj followed by a Cultural Programme was organised by the Savanne Arya Zila Parishad under the aegis of Arya Sabha Mauritius.
Eminent personalities graced the function; Hon Dr Kailesh Jagutpal Minister of Health and Wellness and Hon Dr Renganaden Padayachy Finance Minister along with Mr Rajendra Kumar Ramjee President of Arya Sabha Mts, Mrs Bhagee Jawaheer Veejeta, Dr Comalchand Radhakeesoon and Mr Maigraj Goomany all executive members of Arya Sabha Mauritius.
