Outreach sensitisation campaign on HIV/AIDS
The last two-three decades has been marked by a distinct increase in non communicable diseases, amongst which the HIV/AIDS seems to jeopardise the future of our youth. The various sensitisation campaign on HIV/AIDS, led by the Aryan Women Welfare Association, has touched over 10,000 people across the island

Health care: Ayurveda, Panchkarma , Yoga and healthy diet
The Sabha regularly organises forums to sensitise the public on health, encouraging people to value traditional medicine, namely Ayurveda & Panchkarma with Ayurvedic practitioners (local and foreign) of longstanding experience as resource persons.
Yoga is also a focus area for restoring health, more specially to tackle Non Communicable Diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and other cardio-vascular ailments. Yoga classes are conducted through various centres (branches of the Sabha) across the island.

The National Vegetarian Association is a sub-committee of the Sabha involved in the awareness campaign for a healthy diet through various workshops and exhibition across the island.

Eradication of Absolute Poverty (EAP)
In collaboration with the National Empowerment Programme some 800 needy children were being followed by some 100 social workers.

Remedial classes are regularly held for some 300 children from deprived areas across the 9 districts of Mauritius. The Learning Centre at Pte des Lascars is serving 40 children from deprived areas.

Promotion of Cultural heritage & Exchange Programme
Involved in the promotion of cultural activities since more than 115 years through song competition, Bhajan mela, dance, sketch, poems, elocution contests, essay writing and participation in national and international exchange programmes within the 400 branches of Arya Samaj scattered all over the island and Arya Samaj found abroad such as India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, USA, UK, South Africa, Nairobi, Uganda, Netherland, Australia and various other countries.
